Practice Description:
I believe the human mind, body, and spirit are constantly striving toward healing. The ability to heal is an inherent phenomenon. In facilitating the healing process I use a combination of approaches including art therapy, verbal communication, and visualization. Together we plot your freedom from repercussions of negative experiences. The wisdom is already within you, I simply facilitate the wonder of your exploration as you move toward balance and wholeness. I provide a compassionate, supportive, environment in which you can meet your best, true self.

Practice Specialty: I have extensive training and experience in healing trauma, and addressing depression, grief, loss, anxiety, illness and life transitions. I value working with people of all ages. I also especially enjoy working with teens and adults who have the intention of choosing life and are interested in developing the life they have the right to create. I specialize in treating emotional overeating and offer group and individual sessions for this issue. The focus of overcoming emotional overeating lies in developing a loving, trusting relationship with your body. You learn to eat when you're hungry, eat what you're hungry for, and stop when satisfied. No more dieting. I help people move toward positive intention and clarity with grace and humor. I'm especially fond of encouraging the exploration of one's deepest yearnings and helping people notice significant moments of beauty. A note about art therapy: A person does not need to be artistically inclined to benefit from art therapy. The visual process enhances insight and a deeper connection to self.

SoulCollage ™ Facilitator: SoulCollage is a fascinating visual process in which your subconscious brings forth the gift of innate and collective wisdom. I facilitate SoulCollage on a group and individual basis.
